About Rachael

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion. I enjoy supporting families by providing reliable care. I started Lamet's Treasures, when I realized how much I missed working with children. I provide quality childcare so parents can have a safe place for their children. I am patient, calm, creative, and caring. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup, regular texts, and private Facebook groups. I teach children to understand rules through open communication. I promote learning through child-led interests. I have 10 years experience in a childcare, and many more years in the field. I care for children aged 0-11 and I am comfortable caring for up to 14 children, per my license and with staff.. I have a college degree, Early Childhood Education (ECE) training, and Early Child Development coursework. I provide meals, and crafts. I also transport to and from school some schools. Englewood elementary and Grant Elementary.
