About Maya

The chance to positively impact a child's life drew me to childcare. My goal is to provide the same guidance I received as a child. With 2 years of paid experience and 6+ years of unpaid experience, I offer attentive care for 1-2 children at a time. I bring a creative and joyful, yet organized and focused approach to my work. I follow the parents' lead on household rules. Daily reports and your preferred communication method will keep you informed about your child's day. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I also enjoy crafting and creative activities. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am trained in First Aid, and I have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I hope to bring my passion for care into your home and create a nurturing environment for your child.
