About Rachael

Hello! I've been working with children for over 10 years with experience in daycares, after-school programs, and other childcare facilities (as well as personal babysitting gigs). Caring for children is a huge passion of mine and my goal is to be respectful, responsible, and to have fun with every kid! I believe the most important part is getting on each kids level to understand who they are while prioritizing safety and comfortability. I value each child's safety and will provide the utmost care to protect and support them. Communication is one of my strong suits and I always make sure to update parents and reach out when necessary! * I'm available every day except Wednesday's and Sunday's! I work a part time job right now so the schedule I provided refers to the hours I will not be at work.
