About Yalena

Hi! I'm Yalena, and I love working with kids! I've cared for 10+ families with children ages 8 months to 17 years, including children with different needs, such as ADHD and autism. These experiences have helped me become a patient, attentive, and understanding caregiver. I'm EMR and Youth Mental Health (YMH) certified and currently finishing my RBT certification. I'm warm, nurturing, and hands-on, creating a safe, fun environment where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. As a mom to my own active, adventurous little boy, I understand the importance of keeping children engaged, exploring, and learning while maintaining their safety and routines. I treat every child with the same care and compassion I'd want for my own. I'm looking for a family that values trust, communication, and a dependable caregiver who genuinely cares about their child's well-being and development.
