I'm ready to love your kiddos! I am infant, child, and adult first aid and CPR/AED certified. In addition, I recently had a background check for working with children and fingerprints done. (I also paid for Care. com to run their own check so you can feel extra confident!) I've worked at 2 different daycares in the position of lead teacher and have a ton of experience with kids of all ages! I can potty train your 2/3-year-old within a couple of weeks and look forward to that challenge! I know it can be difficult to find infant care, and I am available for care for infants as young as newborns and help to keep them on regular schedules.

Rachael is a fantastic nanny and incredibly knowledgeable about infant and toddler care. Since my son was about 9 months old, she has looked after him when I've needed extra help and our whole family is always so happy when she comes over. She is thoughtful, attentive, engaging, and very good at keeping little ones busy with a wide variety of activities that are age appropriate and gently encourage growth and development towards upcoming milestones. She has helped keep sleep training on-track but is also flexible on those days when our kiddo just needs extra snuggles to get a good nap. Rachael is also very proactive with communication and sends me text updates, pictures and videos about how the day is going. I can't recommend Rachael highly enough.
