Hello... My name is Allison. I'm in the Kirkland area. I was a nanny for 15+ years before having my own kiddos. I worked long-term for 3 different families during that time. (1 girl starting at 2 months; 1 boy starting at 2 weeks; 2 girls starting at 2 & 4.) Prior to that I was Infant Lead, Preschool Assist, and Health and Safety Director in a daycare facility. I raised/homeschooled my own 4 children. During that time I also cared for and homeschooled 2 boys (13 & 15 years old.) I am a structured person but I believe in learning about life organically through reading, creativity, crafting, adventures, exploring and experiencing new things. I am certified and am currently working as an HCA providing home care for individuals with disabilities, long-term illnesses, and dementia.
