About Rachael

I like working with kids because they are always entertaining. I'm a mother of 2 girls and I have several nieces and nephews. I'm great with kids from every background. I would prefer a job caring for children because it's what I'm naturally good at. I have over 30 certifications in child care and safety training from the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. I'm registered with MERIT and have an active STARS ID for Early Learning Educators. I have a 5 year background check and fingerprinting completed June 2025 and pediatric First Aid from The American Heart Association. I started working with kids when I was a babysitter in high school and I was also a tutor for Math, English, and Science. In my spare time, I like to go camping and spend time with my family. I enjoy the outdoors and photography is one of my favorite hobbies. My skills include being able to listen and offer support, providing a comfortable environment and being understanding and patient.
