Quireita, affectionately known as "Q", has been a wonderful addition to our family for the past nine months. She has cared for our two year old and four year old selflessly and worked diligently on their development. She brings an incredible level of skill in the areas of language development, phonetics, and early reading. She additionally works with our children on art projects, science experiments, and creative/imaginative play. Our children are certainly never bored and Q makes it look effortless, she has a true talent. Perhaps most importantly, Q is kind, loving, and responsible. She pays great attention to details and respects our rules (e.g., no TV or screens; no processed food). She has also instilled a wonderful daily routine in our house, including use of a behavioral "sticker" chart. I honestly cannot say enough about Q and our children love her. Our needs moving forward are limited to part time, otherwise we would continue our full time arrangement with Q.
