Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past eight years, I've provided home health support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My approach is rooted in compassion and patience, and I strive to understand each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with a calm demeanor. I keep families informed with regular updates via text or phone call, as well as written daily reports, always following their preferred communication method.
