About Quiana

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. With 10 years of experience supporting elementary school students in English and Art, I focus on creating an engaging, patient environment where curiosity thrives. I assess your child's learning style by observing how they interact with new material and adapting my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or interactive discussions--to suit their needs. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to build lasting confidence. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are always aligned on progress and goals. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill. I look forward to building a supportive rapport with your family and helping your student shine.
