About Queeny

My name is Queeny and I work with children professionally including school aged children and little ones ages 0-3. Can you guess my profession? I look at the family holistically, supporting children in their activities of daily living (feeding, toileting, etc), self regulation, fine motor, etc. I utilize a lot of crafts that are an enjoyable and play-based way to work on these juicy skills :) Since 2013 I have worked with children in a variety of settings from ABA therapy (4 years), two summers at a summer camp that serves children with special needs from around the country, postpartum doula work, babysitting, children ages 0-3, and more. My approach is child centered and directed. If your child is interested in legos for the hour I will join in. If they are too enthusiastic about seeing veggies on their plate, I will figure out a way to make it fun.
