As a nurturing and dedicated childcare provider with seven years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My friendly and patient demeanor creates a safe and welcoming environment for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. Clear and open communication is key in my approach. I believe in keeping parents regularly updated about their child's day through written reports and text or phone updates, adapting to their preferred communication method. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I use positive reinforcement and redirection techniques to encourage good behavior. I have been in a early childhood class, and I am also still in college I go to Radford University I am currently studying Nursing. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that promote learning and fun.
