My experience includes providing transportation, respite care, companionship, light house keeping, managing errands, and meal preparation. Etc. I also have in debt training in dementia care and medical care and management. I am a an advanced Practice registered nurse with CPR certification. I am very patient and absolutely love what I do. I believe being a nurse/ caregiver is a calling not a job. I am very detail oriented and communicate with families through daily reports, regular calls, or their preferred method. Respecting independence is extremely important to me when connecting with care recipients. I became a caregiver because I love what I do! And I want to keep families together.
