Bringing a decade of experience in senior care, I'm deeply committed to fostering the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes some college coursework, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, transportation, help with errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. Respecting a client's independence is paramount to me. My compassionate and detail-oriented nature allows me to connect with care recipients and their families.
