About Prasana

Hi, my name is Prasana! I've always loved caring for and working with children. As the oldest sibling in my family, I gained early experience looking after younger kids, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create a nurturing environment. In high school, I spent two years teaching English, Math, and Arts & Crafts to middle school students. I also worked with special needs children, which helped me become more adaptable, empathetic, and attentive to different needs. During my freshman year of college, I joined the DREAM Program in Bennington, where I worked with children through games, mentorship, and creative activities. I love combining play with learning, whether it's helping with schoolwork, doing arts projects, or encouraging kids to explore their interests. I aim to create safe, supportive spaces where children feel valued and happy:))
