About Penelope

Hi! I'm a recent Boston University graduate who loves working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for them to grow. Growing up in a large family, I naturally took on caregiving responsibilities and spent a lot of time helping care for younger siblings, cousins, and relatives. I have experience working with children ages 2-14 through both babysitting and a girls' summer school program, where I worked with children ages 8-12. These experiences have helped me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to adapt to different personalities and needs. I enjoy arts and crafts, baking, outdoor activities, reading, and finding creative ways to keep children engaged. Families describe me as caring, dependable, energetic, and trustworthy. My goal is always to create a positive environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to have fun and be themselves.
