H! I bring over 15 years of caregiving and engagement experience, supporting older adults and working alongside hundreds of families to help their loved ones stay connected, active, and joyful at every stage of aging. My path into caregiving is deeply personal. When my dad developed dementia, I watched someone vibrant slowly withdraw from the world. That experience showed me how powerful companionship, creativity, and meaningful daily experiences can be for dignity, purpose, and happiness, and it shaped the work I've dedicated my career to ever since. My approach focuses on the five domains of healthy aging: physical movement, cognitive stimulation, emotional well-being, social connection, and supportive home routines. I arrive with engaging ideas and personalized activity plans while always meeting each person where they are, creating visits that feel meaningful, supportive, and enjoyable!
