About Harmony

Hi! My name is Harmony. My background is in senior caregiving and activities coordination in assisted living and skilled nursing communities. I have experience supporting seniors with daily routines, companionship, and meaningful engagement, including working with residents living with dementia and memory care needs. Through my work as an activities director, I developed strong patience and attentiveness while creating a calm and supportive environment. I enjoy spending time with seniors through conversation, walks, reading, and simple activities that support cognitive and emotional well-being. I'm also comfortable assisting with personal care such as hair, grooming, and helping seniors feel their best.
