I am a 24-year-old childcare professional. I have worked with kids the majority of my life. The most relevant and recent experience of mine is nannying June 2024-December 2024, and working with new families just beginning this January 2025 to present. In total, I have around 7-8 years of childcare work experience. I have experience with most ages, starting at 6 months old, all the way up to 8 years old. I have also worked with children and folks that have disabilities and other marginalised identities. I hold marginalised identities of my own. I am very passionate about supporting and caring for children in all communities of various ages in culturally and socially appropriate ways that are in alignment with each family. Piper has been working with us for over a year part time since my son was around 2. Normal responsibilities include playing with him and reading stories, diapering, feeding lunch, nap time, and going to the park. I've really appreciated Piper's proactive communication and how they handle normal toddler challenges with patience and a calm, caring attitude.
