Pilar is a very sweet lady and seems 100% qualified. She confirmed to coming a trial play date and canceled 9pm the night before for a 8pm appointment . My husband and I were both scheduled to work and luckily I had a backup to replace her. If you are going with her make sure you have a backup planned. Unfortunately, we would have been a great match but due unforeseen circumstances I was unable to continue with her. 



Pilar is a wonderful nanny for our 6 month old! She is so warm & caring with our little girl, with such an innate care-taking nature. You can really tell she loves taking care of little ones. She is incredibly reliable, punctual, responsive, interactive, and our baby took to her immediately.
She brings a balance of play and structure to her interactions with children so they feel cared for and safe. She is very trustworthy and honesty 


My family is extremely satisfied with Pilar’s overall work. She started working with us during the Pandemic for 1 year and a half and she took care of my daughter since she was 9 months old. She always ensured my Daughter was safe when she was her care. She was very playful. She fed, bathed and taught my daughter a lot. She is quick and organized so she even helps with all the baby things 

Pilar started as our part-time nanny when my son was 7 weeks old. She quickly got to know him and his routines and is so patient and kind with him - he really started to love her after a few weeks! She plays with him and does his physical therapy exercises with him and sometimes will just hold him for his whole nap. She has also been a huge help accompanying me to his therapy sessions as an extra set of hands. She has been with us for 2 months and we just don't need the extra help anymore, but I highly recommend Pilar due to her reliability and caregiving skills. I will be calling her again if we need part-time help.

I hired Pilar to take care of my 1 year old daughter, she was really loving towards her and would actually care for her even though my angel is a little though sometimes, Pilar was so patient and I'm so thankful we worked together. I only stopped working with her because we moved out but she was the best.

I hired Pilar on Dec 29th, 2021.  Pilar is a nice person but unfortunately was very unreliable as she has too much going on in her personal life to be a nanny right now.  She was habitually late by at least 15 minutes every morning even after I changed her start time by 30 minutes so she could come on time.  She also missed at least half of her days working here citing personal family issues etc and only letting us know when she was supposed to arrive that she wouldn't be coming in.  This left  us in a very tough position as both my wife and I work very long hours and needed reliable and dependable help.   When I checked her references before hiring her they all gave me similar experiences as I have mentioned above but I was hoping it would be different with my family, unfortunately no.

Pilar has always been very responsible with her duties as Nana, She has been sweet and patient with the children, organized with the schedule of meals and recreational activities, at all times ready and showing her best smile
I recommend her as one of the best babysitter who have care for my children
