It's might be good if there is someone who can take care of kids with love and care. Dependable child and being good example for kids while we have to spent time outside all day . A person who can guarantee of 0% of accident , prevent and protect from harm. Someone makes sure that kids eat healthy food , washing hand before meals and be healthy . Learning something new everyday , not playing game in the cell phone 24/7 . Babysitter is needed for that point not only being as a best friend , but all every aspects. So their parents can go to work with peaceful mind. My experience is working as a nurse for 18years. Took care of newborn, 2years old, 4 years old, 5years old and 7years old about 1year each. The activities that I play with kids is learning vocabulary, read books, play toys, drawing , painting , walking outside and play ground. Play as they like.
