Hello, my name is Phillataysia. I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with experience supporting seniors and adults with disabilities, cognitive impairments, and behavioral health needs. My background includes working as an Independent Living Skills (ILS) provider, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and In-Home Care provider. I assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, hygiene support, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, exercise, and daily living activities. I am CPR certified and passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
