About Mayra

Hi hi! I'm glad you came across my page! My name is Mayra, and I've had the pleasure of working as a caregiver for the past 4 1/2 years. I've supported individuals ages 30 to 100, each with varying levels of independence and care needs. My experience includes dementia, COPD, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), nonverbal clients, hospice care, and those needing a little extra daily support. My favorite part of caregiving is getting to know my clients. I love learning what brings my clients joy and how I can naturally fit into their routines while supporting their goals and independence. My clients have described me as a great cook, a sunny presence in their lives, and someone who has helped them see that receiving assistance can be a positive experience.
