i got to know Pheng and one of her clients' kids with special needs when encountering them on dog walks. The kid is amazing, but in the wrong, untrained, hands, he'd be more than a handful. Pheng was always kind and considerate, but firm when necessary, and the kid went on all kinds of adventures. I was impressed with the almost preternatural calm with which Pheng handled things.
