I have over a year experience working with children of various ages who have autism. I implemented behavior plans by decreasing maladaptive behavior while increasing socially acceptable behaviors. I took data in all observable behavior to show progress. I have two children of my own and volunteered for five years at their preschool. I believe in a natural environment for children and encourage kids to be kids. I strive to make children feel empowered. I am mild mannered, enthusiastic and love to be silly. I have both doses of the covid vaccination. I am CPR and first aid certified. I am comfortable around pets and will do some household chores.
