About Peter

I provide healthy meal preparation, food shopping, transportation to appointments, errands, supplement ordering and administration, exercise, meditation, offer nutritional counseling, holistic physicians, and others. I am in excellent health, physically train daily, follow an anti-aging and detoxification protocol, and keep it updated. I was a high honors pre-med student and continue my studies in health and healing to help my patients. I am an accredited Emergency Medical Technician, retired financial advisor, former community ambulance volunteer and mobile emergency medical staff. I am the father of 3 children, dad to 4 dogs, grandfather to 4, housemate to a female Physician's Assistant, and lifetime resident of Delaware County.
