Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. As a registered nurse with 4. 5 years of experience, I enjoy providing individualized care, especially helping with ADLs and promoting independence. I am BLS certified. My experience on a medical oncology unit has instilled in me a compassionate and empathetic approach. I adapt to changing routines, incorporate memory care activities, and follow the family's preferred communication method to provide regular updates. I value understanding my clients' preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I am eager to use my home health, personal care, and medical management skills to support your loved one. I am looking to provide backup care when the primary caregiver is busy.
