Perla is phenomenal. She has babysat for my 2 boys (1 year old and 3 year old) for the past half a year and they love her! She is able to keep them busy so that both my husband and I can work from home without the kids running to us. My 1 year old is difficult to put to sleep but she managed his nap very well. She is willing to try different method to help him fall asleep. Perla is also very proactive in terms of helping me with light housework (such as washing the bottles and kids' laundry) without me even asking. I strongly recommend her experience and skills.
