About Kayla

I have always loved caring for children and growing up was always referred to as the "motherly type." I have babysat since my preteen years, and began my professional childcare adventure in 2010 just out of college. I love getting to play a role in the development and growth of the children I care for, watching them learn and experience new things brings me so much joy! I enjoy playing outside & going to parks and playgrounds. I also like planning indoor activities and crafts when the weather is bad. In my spare time I like to read, cook, craft, and go to the beach! I have worked at multiple family day cares as well as at a larger daycare center working with ages 6 weeks - 9 years. I have nannied for several families on both a short and long term basis with children ranging it age from newborn - 5 years. I am currently a nanny for a 5-year-old, a 3-year-old & a 1-year-old Monday - Thursday and am open to filling my Fridays with another family who needs care!
