Over the years I had the opportunity to be a nanny overseas with the au pair program (France, Spain, Canada) and I have worked for several families, including diplomatic members. During my time as an au pair I took care of three kids each time. I speak Spanish, French, and English, (currently learning Japanese and ASL). I moved to DC in 2017 and since then I had the chance to meet more amazing families and children. Nowadays, I occasionally help families and I love to be part of the their children development process. I really enjoy spending time with kids. I also like nature, sports, food, art, and animals. I can't say enough about Perla. She is truly a gem. She is smart, reliable, dependable, communicative, and goes above and beyond. I am a new working mama and it was hard to find someone that was great with my infant, in addition to my dog. I leave for the day knowing my baby boy is in great hands, and I come home to a smile on his face. I trust her immensely and will definitely hire her again.
