Hi! My name is Peri and I'm a 20-year-old from Long Island, NY. I am a rising junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill majoring in Global Studies and double minoring in Education and Social and Economic Justice. For three summers I was a summer camp counselor at a seven-week overnight camp. For those seven weeks I lived with 32 campers aged 11-14, but during the day worked with all different children ranging from the ages of 8-15. Additionally, throughout the school year, I volunteer teach at an elementary school in Durham, teaching fifth graders once a week. I am reliable, patient, outgoing, and love to work with children.
