I'd describe my personality as outgoing, sense of humor, willing to try even it's a little scary I like caring for people with special needs because I'm someone who likes the challenge. Likes that everyday brings on something new. Discovering new ways to help someone with something they haven't been able or willing to do before. That is an awesome feeling. I started caring for people with special needs when 2015 is when I started working with adults with developmental disabilities, before that I had been working with dementia patients.
