I am 29 with 15 yrs child experience ages 0-13, but have had 8 years of experience working with children with ADHD, autism (low and high functioning) as well as children with behavioral and emotional disorders. Most of these children have been ages 6, 8, and 10. I am great with following a routine specified by you if desired, otherwise I believe in structure, love, positivity, and play. I don't believe that a kid is difficult, I believe mostly that they are misunderstood, or in need of something emotionally or mentally. I can watch your child at my safe apartment or where you are, tho my transportation is limited, but am willing to be paid a little bit less if partial transportation is available by you. I am available mostly 2nd/3rd shift hours with flexibility for one time situations.
