About Pearl

I'm a responsible and caring high school senior with extensive experience working with children of all ages. I've worked as a babysitter for younger children. I've also been a counselor at a horse camp, where I helped kids build confidence, stay active, and learn new skills. In addition, I am a swim instructor and lifeguard with experience teaching and supervising both children and infants in the water. Safety is always my top priority, and I'm trained to stay calm and attentive in all situations. I also have experience working with children with special needs, and I bring patience, understanding, and flexibility to every family I work with. My goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where every child feels safe, included, and cared for. I'd describe my personality as kind, helpful and tidy. I like working with kids because I have grown up with a large community, with lots of little cousins. In the future, I hope to be a speech therapist for younger children.
