About Payton

I am a 2nd year PhD student in Neuroscience at Rutgers. My research is focused on Alzheimer's Disease prevention. I'm looking for a little extra work . I work daily with seniors and have caretaking experience with personal family members who were on hospice. Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. I'm a compassionate caregiver with two years of experience supporting adults and seniors. My graduate studies have given me a deeper understanding of people's needs. I'm patient, friendly, and create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I provide services like errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I'm also trained in First Aid. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
