About Payton

Fostering a love for learning in my students is my greatest passion. As a credentialed teacher with two years of experience in elementary education, I specialize in making Math and English accessible and enjoyable. My approach centers on creating a supportive environment where I empower stufents to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I adapt my teaching strategies--using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples--to match students unique learning style. I believe clear communication with families builds the trust necessary for academic growth. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I find immense joy in witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks for a student. Since I have experience working with diverse learners, I am dedicated to helping your child build lasting confidence. I look forward to partnering with your family to help your student thrive.
