About Pauly Ella

Hi! My name is Pauly, and I'm a 19-year-old college student, currently attending HU. I would describe myself as intelligent, charismatic, and empathetic. I really enjoy reading psychological/mystery novels, playing tennis, and fashion/modeling. My favorite part about working with kids is building innocent yet meaningful connections with the children, where they can look up to me as more than just a caregiver. I have a variety of experiences working with kids, which have each contributed to my interest in being a Nanny. I helped raise my brother (as a toddler) from ages 10-16, where I would spend summers watching him daily. I have had paid jobs taking care of toddlers and young kids in NYC throughout the summer, which would usually consist of taking the kid(s) to and from school and watching the toddler(s) during the day. Additionally, I have experience doing volunteer work with kids in child education at an elementary school in St. Louis, Missouri.
