I am a nanny for a family and have been their nanny / house manger for almost 3 years now . I have been a nanny for years . It sadly ended June 2024 . have 8 grandchildren . I have experience with infants crib training, toddlers , and school age . At the end of the day it is all about your child period. I have a ton of experience I'm transparent and communication and respect on both ends is a must .
