I am a nanny for a family I love been with them for a year was with another family for about 3 years before this one was their nanny / house manger it sadly ended in June 2024 . I have a ton of experience with babies, infants , toddlers children and teens I have been a nanny for years . Communication is a must for me with the parents and also with their children . I am a Nanny who cares , will love , will teach, and set your child up not to fail in life . I do as they grow talk to them about why they are in time out and it's not for being bad , time out is for them to gather their thoughts and ask themselves are they being kind ? I bring joy to your children's hearts but also make them accountable for their actions which is important, I do expect the parents and I to be on same page and support me helping Be an active part in raising their children . Remember it takes a village .

Paula took such wonderful care of my kids, with so much love and attention. She was a full time nanny for us. We are a very busy household and she was able to jump right in without skipping a beat and took over so many tasks. She truly goes above and beyond in caring not just for the kids but house related tasks, pet care and helping the parents out in any way she can. She was focused on making sure my 2 year old was learning and growing. She is very giving and was a great role model to my kids - showing them by example the values of charity and generosity. More than once she very willingly helped out our friends who needed last minute childcare. Paula is a dedicated and loving nanny. Anyone would be lucky to have her!! Can not recommend her enough.
