Paula took care of our newborn daughter when my wife went back to work from maternity leave at 10 weeks. During the interview I was impressed with how super organized she was and she had superb references - I mean all of her employers had really outstanding things to say. For the last two years 2016-2018 she worked for us full time (and sometimes even did overtime for date-nights). She sang to our daughter, read to her, took her to the park, cared for her like she was her own child. Essentially Paula has been her most influential teacher. During the last two years she has become part of our family, and when my second daughter was born she took care of both children. If we weren't moving so far away (~100 miles) we would keep her as our nanny forever! We were literally devastating at having to move away from Paula. Please hire her - you will have peace of mind, and your children will thank you for it.
