Will is reliable, communicative, and truly excellent with our kids. We hired Will to bring our 3-year-old son to school in the morning. Our son can be tough, but Will always knows how to put him at ease and to make sure he gets to school happy and on time. We have also asked Will to babysit both of our children occasionally when we are out for the evening. He is really sweet with them, and they adore him. You really can't go wrong. Highly, highly recommend.
