I am an active, healthy 65-year-old non-smoker with CPR and a care. com background check. I deeply respect the process of building a relationship with your family. I thrive on helping children discover their own strengths and internal guidance in a safe and loving manner using playful humor, nonviolent communication and developmentally appropriate boundaries. I actively engage with children in activities that match their abilities, personality and learning style whether it is sitting on the carpet in imaginative play, foraging for bugs outside or building a model. My professional background includes a home daycare, Director of family music program and founding member of Youth Commission in Sedona, AZ and Waldorf Charter School. I also counsel families with Highly Aware/Sensitive young and am completing a conscious parenting book.
