About Paula

Hello, my name is Paula and I have 8 years experience of taking care of seniors specifically those in their own residence. I provide meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping. My experience includes seniors with limited mobility, dementia, high blood pressure, pace makers, hearing aids, and diet restrictions. I enjoy engaging with seniors in various activities such as walking, crossword puzzles, classic movies, reading, and anything to help them stay active mentally and physically. I look forward to helping any family with their valued seniors.
