About Charisse

Hello, my name is Charisse, and I have nearly seven years of experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, primarily youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I bring patience, compassion, and adaptability to every role, creating safe, respectful, and engaging environments. I enjoy offering companionship through conversation, games, music, walks, and shared activities, as well as helping with errands, light housekeeping, and daily routines. While I haven't directly worked with seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia, my skills in building trust, maintaining routines, and offering emotional support translate well to senior care. Families describe me as reliable, warm, and easy to communicate with. My goal is always to make each day meaningful and enjoyable for the person I'm supporting.
