Paula is a gem! She helped me out for 10 days with my two grandchildren, ages 2 and 4. She is exceptionally skilled in working with children. Every day, she brought something creative and age-appropriate for the kids to do. She is patient, with an outgoing, happy personality and was attentive to the child's needs. I trusted her to take the kids on two outings by herself. She is reliable, on time, and flexible to my needs. I only wish I had found her when I was looking for a nanny all those many years ago. She is exceptional!
