About Paula

Hi, I'm Paula! I have 6+ years of childcare experience, including working as a Behavior Technician in a special education setting. For the past two years, I've worked full-time with a wonderful family whose child is now ready to start school. I'm currently looking for my next, full-time position starting in August/September. (Hoping to find a nanny share position.) I'm a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English. Many of the children I've cared for have picked up Spanish naturally through everyday conversations, books, songs, and play. I love creating fun, engaging opportunities for children to learn and grow, whether through reading, outdoor adventures, library visits, or age appropriate activities. Families describe me as patient, reliable, flexible, proactive, and caring. I value building strong relationships with both children and parents through trust, communication, and consistency. I have excellent references, reliable transportation, and experience safely driving children.
