Hi! I'm Janciz. I've worked in hospitality and sales for the past several years, where I discovered my favorite part of any job is helping people. I'm currently in school pursuing marketing and looking for a full-time or part-time nanny position. I started babysitting at 14 and have spent the past 10 years caring for my niece and nephew in a paid family role. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, dependable, and love creating a safe, fun environment where kids can learn, play, and build confidence. I enjoy being outdoors, cooking, baking, traveling, and staying active. Kids are rarely bored with me because I love crafts, games, and new adventures. I'm firm but kind, encourage creativity and curiosity, and hope to build a genuine connection with a family that values kindness, trust, and open communication.
