I am beyond grateful to have had Maya (aka Pattaneeya) as our family’s nanny for over eight years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment she joined us when our daughter was just a newborn, Maya proved to be an absolute gift. She is extraordinarily caring and loving, always approaching every moment with genuine warmth, patience, and affection. She got my daughter on a sleeping schedule and helped me immensely as a first time mom. As our daughter grew, she was always engaging in creative play, thoughtful conversations, and homework help, she has an incredible ability to connect with children of all ages. Our daughter adores her, she and dog would both light up when Maya would arrive. Our daughter was devastated when we heard Maya would be moving, but we know they will always share a special bond and will have many lasting memories they created over the years. Maya is also the definition of reliable. In more than eight years, she has never once let us down. She is punctual, proactive, and completely dependable, giving us total peace of mind even during long workdays or travel. She managed the ever-changing schedules and the growth of my daughter with grace, handled illnesses and emergencies calmly and competently, and always put our daughter’s well-being first. What sets Maya apart is her intuitive understanding of child development. She nurtured our daughter with gentle expertise through every milestone and later became a trusted guide as she grew, encouraging independence, kindness, and curiosity. Our home felt happier, calmer, and more joyful because of her presence. We will always consider Maya a part of our family. Any family lucky enough to welcome her will quickly discover what a rare and wonderful person she is. She is simply the best nanny we could have ever hoped for—loving, capable, and utterly irreplaceable. Five stars aren’t enough.
