I am a CPR-certified caregiver with over 10 years of experience working with infants and children. I have supported the care and development of more than 20 children, providing safe, attentive, and nurturing care. I am skilled in infant care, gentle lymphatic drainage techniques, and age-appropriate exercises that support motor development. I am a psychology student with a strong interest in child development. I have solid knowledge of child nutrition and enjoy preparing healthy, balanced meals. I support mothers by creating meal plans based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles and have attended a specialized seminar on this topic. I also offer structured TCM-based meal plans for boys and girls, supporting healthy growth and brain development.
