I am passionate about supporting adults and seniors' well-being and independence, and my previous roles have reinforced this calling. I understand the importance of earning trust when building a connection with a care recipient. I can adapt to changing routines or unexpected challenges and de-escalate stressful situations. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, and I always follow their preferred communication method.
