About Patrick

Over the past 5+ years, I've worked directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses. As a supervisor and mentor, I've provided one-on-one support in homes and the community-helping clients build life skills, manage routines, and reach personal goals. I'm experienced with behavior plans, de-escalation, sensory needs, and trauma-informed care. I meet people where they are-with patience, structure, and respect. I focus on promoting independence while creating a safe, supportive environment for each person I serve.
